Join the adventure! We’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator to help RevolutionRace grow across all our markets.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying, shaping, and scaling business development opportunities across our global footprint. Your mission will be to evaluate and execute high-impact initiatives, ensuring best practices and successful strategies are rolled out and adapted to all our markets. From marketing experiments to partnership models, you’ll help bring the best ideas to life — everywhere we operate.

Responsibilities:

• Identify High-Impact Opportunities: Research, evaluate, and prioritize scalable business development opportunities with potential for multi-market application.
• Monitor Trends & Competitors: Keep track of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes across key regions to inform strategy.
• Localization & Knowledge Sharing: Work independently to adapt and implement successful business cases, ensuring relevance and impact in each region.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with all internal teams to align on goals, timelines, and execution strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in a business development, marketing, e-commerce, or go-to-market role, ideally with exposure to multiple markets or international business.
• Strategic Thinking & Execution: A hands-on mindset with the ability to move from insights to action quickly and efficiently.
• Data-Driven: You love using data to inform decisions, challenge assumptions, and improve performance across KPIs.
• Highly Organized: Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish and English. proficiency in German, Dutch, Polish or French is a plus
