As RevolutionRace continue to expand and enhance our business operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketer to join our team!

About the Role

You will play a crucial role in:

      Optimization, Analysis and Reporting:

• Supporting the team with comprehensive analysis of both channels and markets to optimize our marketing investments.
• Support A/B testing as well as post-test evaluation.
• Creating informative dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to track performance, identify trends, and make data accessible to the organization.

      Project Leadership:

• Project ownership: You will lead and drive exciting projects together with our partners, from conception to implementation.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and execution.

Who are you?

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Strategic thinking: You have the ability to see the big picture and develop long-term strategies.
• Data visualization: Proficiency in tools like Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think critically and solve challenges creatively.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different teams and functions.
